the room I had was decent but the awful smell of sewage in the morning was just delightful, not. Plus, why was there no welcome gift to acknowledge my presence? Oh, and the TV was practically an antique, I suppose watching paint dry is a more exciting option. I really expected better at Barcelo.

Loved the chill vibes at the Level 4 pool and the stunning evening shows, especially Mongolian Legacy. My suite offered perfect ocean views.

The staff were enchanting. from the reception to the restaurant, everyone was exceptionally friendly. I enjoyed a lovely welcome drink and the heated swimming pool made for a fabulous relaxation spot.

Though I appreciated the overall experience, the shower pressure could have been better.

Just a balanced option for a brief sojourn in Caleta De Fuste and great for the money. The staff were attentive but could use more presence during busy times. Arriving early and getting a room right away is a good idea to avoid queues.

Sure, we had a grand time here! The Junior Deluxe Suite with Sea View was mighty comfy and just a stone's throw from the beach. But, I’d say the hot tub on the balcony could use a bit more love. it wasn't as clean as I'd hoped.

Amazing activities and views

Had such a blast here! The activities team was awesome, made my days super fun with pool games and beach volley. Breakfast with sea views was a great way to start the day. Only downside was that the hot tub on the patio was dirty for a couple days. But overall, staff were super friendly and the vibe was just great!

The private pool area was a perfect retreat, with outstanding views. The dining options offered unique flavors, making every meal special.

Recommend it for families

The Royal Level was a big win, staff were superb, especially John at the pool bar who treated us like family. Room had a stunning view and the experience with the sea lions was priceless, my granddaughter's...  

The Royal Level offered a serene escape with immaculate facilities and attentive staff. The exceptional dining options, particularly breakfast, impressed me greatly. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness fell short of expectations, which dampened the joy. Still, I cherished the pleasant sea views and enjoyable atmosphere.

The lack of a snack bar at the Royal Level leaves much to be desired, with only stale sandwiches and nuts available by the pool. The communication during a half-day power cut was nearly non-existent, and the room lighting could be improved, as some areas felt too dark, making it tricky to navigate without a phone light. the kids club was a definite letdown, being non-existent for Royal Level guests, which felt out of place considering the family-friendly atmosphere elsewhere in the resort.
